Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are expanding our operations and looking for a skilled Account Executive to manage our financial processes efficiently and ensure accurate reporting across outlets. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking. Ensure timely bank reconciliation and petty cash management. Support monthly and annual financial closing and assist in audits. Generate MIS reports and provide data analysis for management decisions. Coordinate with outlet managers and internal teams for accurate billing and recordkeeping. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred). Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy / Zoho Books or similar accounting software. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation rules. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
