The role requires strong expertise in food safety, hygiene standards, audits, and compliance to ensure our outlets consistently deliver safe, high-quality products that meet both internal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems in line with FSSAI and international food safety standards. Conduct regular audits of outlets,supply chain to ensure hygiene and quality compliance. Inspect raw materials, dough, sauces, toppings, and packaging to ensure they meet quality specifications. Monitor production processes for consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of pizzas and side items. Train staff on quality, hygiene, and food safety practices (HACCP, GMP, SOPs). Investigate customer complaints related to food quality and provide corrective/preventive actions.
