QA / QC Manager

Position: QA/QC Analyst Experience: Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in QSR/Food & Beverage Industry Job Location: South Bopal, Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Analyst to join our team in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) MArtino'z Pizza industry. The role requires strong expertise in food safety, hygiene standards, audits, and compliance to ensure our outlets consistently deliver safe, high-quality products that meet both internal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems in line with FSSAI and international food safety standards. Conduct regular audits of outlets,supply chain to ensure hygiene and quality compliance. Inspect raw materials, dough, sauces, toppings, and packaging to ensure they meet quality specifications. Monitor production processes for consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of pizzas and side items. Train staff on quality, hygiene, and food safety practices (HACCP, GMP, SOPs). Investigate customer complaints related to food quality and provide corrective/preventive actions. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and R&D teams to improve recipes, processes, and shelf life. Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and compliance records for management. Ensure all outlets strictly follow sanitation, storage, and waste disposal protocols. Stay updated on new food safety regulations and QSR quality benchmarks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology. 5+ years of proven experience as a QA/QC Analyst in the QSR, food processing, or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 or other food safety standards. Experience in internal/external audits and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. Strong communication skills to work with staff across multiple outlets. Ability to train and mentor teams in food quality and hygiene practices. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
