As an Account Planner at Rabbit Digital Branding Solutions, you will be responsible for combining strategic discipline with cultural curiosity to ensure that our work is both relevant and powerful. Your role will involve partnering with servicing teams, crafting inspiring creative briefs, conducting research to unearth actionable insights, and validating creative work against brief objectives. You will also be shaping strategies that translate seamlessly across different platforms and contributing to pitches with insight-led thinking. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with servicing teams to decode client challenges and craft inspiring creative briefs - Conducting research across consumer, category, competition, and culture to uncover actionable insights - Validating creative work against brief objectives for strategic clarity and creative ambition - Shaping strategies that translate seamlessly across mainline, digital, and social platforms - Contributing to pitches with insight-led thinking and fresh perspectives - Staying updated on cultural, consumer, and media trends to keep strategies sharp and current To qualify for this role, you should have: - 4-7 years of experience in account planning/brand strategy in an advertising or integrated agency - Strong research, analytical, and storytelling skills - Ability to collaborate seamlessly with servicing and creative teams - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills - A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; Master's degree is a plus - Passion for brands, culture, and consumer behavior Join Rabbit Digital Branding Solutions and be a part of a dynamic team led by Sandeep Reddy.,
