Account Planner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with servicing teams to decode client challenges and craft inspiring, pointed creative briefs.
• Conduct research across consumer, category, competition, and culture to unearth actionable insights.
• Validate creative work against brief objectives, ensuring both strategic clarity and creative ambition.
• Shape strategies that translate seamlessly across mainline, digital, and social platforms.
• Contribute to pitches with insight-led thinking and fresh perspectives.
• Stay ahead of cultural, consumer, and media trends to keep strategies sharp and current.
  

Requirements

• 4-7 years' experience in account planning/brand strategy in an advertising or integrated agency.
• Strong research, analytical, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with servicing and creative teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; Master's a plus.
• Passion for brands, culture, and consumer behaviour.
