Account Planner

As an Account Planner at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping powerful brand stories for FMCG and consumer brands. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the strategic planning process for packaging, brand communication, and campaign development. - Translating business and consumer insights into clear and inspiring creative briefs for design and creative teams. - Conducting market, category, and trend research to uncover insights that inform brand positioning and packaging narratives. - Partnering closely with account management and design teams to ensure strategic consistency across packaging systems, product extensions, and retail campaigns. - Crafting brand frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and messaging strategies for new launches and seasonal promotions. - Evaluating creative work against strategy to ensure design and communication are consumer-centric. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: - 4 plus years of experience as an Account Planner, preferably within an advertising or design agency. - Proven experience working on FMCG or large consumer brands. - Strong understanding of packaging, shopper behavior, and offline brand communication. - Ability to connect research, insight, and creative thinking into a cohesive strategic narrative. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both analytical and imaginative. - Passion for design, culture, and the small details that make a brand feel human and memorable.,
