We’re looking for a multi-skilled visual creative - a hybrid who can design, direct, shoot, style, and edit. Someone who thinks in rhythm, color, mood, and movement. If you treat Photoshop, Premiere, and your camera as extensions of your instinct, and care just as much about the story as the frame, we want to build with you.

What You’ll Do

• Concept, design, shoot, and edit brand content across formats, from launch campaigns to quick-turn moments
• Create across platforms: Reels, TikToks, stories, print, moodboards, motion graphics, experimental formats
• Collaborate with strategists, art directors, and brand teams to develop narratives, shot lists, style direction, and asset libraries
• Own the craft: lighting, composition, layout, transitions, typography, pacing, and tone
• Help shape emerging brands' visual languages, frame by frame, mood by mood
• Build content that feels emotional, dimensional, and alive, not just "on trend"
• Contribute to pre-production (moodboards, casting, styling) and post (editing, grading, sound)
• Be resourceful, self-led, and hands-on, equally comfortable creating on a set or a laptop

What We Would Like to See

• 1–3 years experience

  in content creation, photography, video, design, or visual storytelling
• Strong fluency in

  Adobe Suite

  (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.)
• You shoot on whatever’s in your hand, and you make it look good
• Strong eye for

  light, texture, space, color, and rhythm

  , across static and motion formats
• You’re style-aware and culture-conscious: fashion, music, memes, art, the weird corners of the internet
• Someone who is not hands-off. We want thinkers and doers. Makers who obsess over details and energy.
• You’re fast, but you never sacrifice the feel
• Bonus: you can style a shoot, direct talent, or lead post-production magic on tight timelines
