Account Planner

As an Account Planner at Clevertize, a rapidly growing creative-led integrated marketing agency, you will be responsible for developing effective brand strategies for clients and collaborating with brand management and creative teams. Your role will involve building strong relationships as a strategic client partner, creating brand identity documents, and developing brand communication plans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing effective brand strategies and collaborating with brand management and creative teams. - Building strong relationships as a strategic client partner and advisor across brand initiatives. - Developing brand identity documents including brand personality, positioning, and archetypes. - Creating Brand Communication Plans & Roadmaps for various clients. - Writing and co-owning creative briefs along with the brand management team. - Researching consumer insights and behavioral patterns. - Conducting primary research based on project requirements. - Identifying new opportunities to support the growth of Clevertize and strengthen client relationships. - Identifying processes, innovations, automation tools, and other enhancements that improve efficiency and position the company as a forward-thinking partner. Qualifications required for this role include: - Background in a mainline agency within the planning department; exposure to digital and media departments preferred. - 4-7 years of relevant working experience. - Strong experience in cracking campaign territories/spaces. - Exposure to primary research and brand workshops preferred. - Eagerness to learn and integrate AI into planning workflows. Additionally, mandatory skills for this position include: - Professional-level proficiency in English. - Basic knowledge of social media channels, digital media, and online marketing. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior theories. - Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. - High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs. - Ability to use AI platforms and basic knowledge of working with or building agentic AI bots.
