Business Development Manager - Advertising Agency

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive agency growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present tailored advertising and marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches.
• Lead client presentations and negotiations to close deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business development KPIs.
• Represent the agency at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (3-7 years) in business development or sales, preferably in an advertising, media, or marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing solutions, and media channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
