Role Overview:

Account Manager (Digital Marketing) / Client Servicing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client goals, brand positioning, and market dynamics to craft effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, content, and performance) to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
  • Present campaign plans, reports, and performance insights to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business expansion through up-selling and cross-selling services.
  • Resolve client concerns with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring trust and transparency at every stage.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices to add strategic value to client accounts.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content Creation, and Branding.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strategic thinking ability with a keen eye for detail and quality delivery.


Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience managing clients in industries like FMCG, Healthcare, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, organization, and accountability.
