About Us

We are a fast-growing US recruitment consulting firm. To strengthen our delivery operations,

we are looking for a full-time Account Manager who will serve as the link between

candidate sourcing and client delivery teams. The role ensures that the right candidate

profiles are assigned, tracked, and submitted with quality checks, while maintaining

accountability and smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities

● Review incoming candidate profiles sourced by recruiters.

● Match and assign suitable profiles to the respective team lead handling client

requirements.

● Ensure quality checks are completed before profiles are submitted to clients.

● Track allocation progress, follow-ups, and closures to maintain accountability.

● Maintain trackers/reports of candidate pipelines, allocations, and submission status.

● Act as a communication bridge between sourcing teams and delivery leads to

ensure smooth workflow.

● Support overall recruitment operations efficiency by streamlining allocation and

submission processes.

Requirements

● 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing operations.

● Strong ability to evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates against job requirements.

● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, documentation, and coordination

skills.

● Comfortable working independently in a remote night-shift role.

● Familiarity with US staffing workflow, compliance, and time zones is an

advantage.

● Proficiency with MS Excel / Google Sheets, ATS, and recruitment tools preferred.

● Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
