Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Delhi, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring sales and market trends, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and preparing reports on account status. Qualifications Experience in account management, customer service, or related roles Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM software and tally or busy Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously Knowledge of the textiles and fashion industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines Should have complete knowledge of GST and all the GST related stuff
