Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune (Kharadi) for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, Reconcilltions, analyzing account performance, and developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities. The role will also involve coordinating with different departments to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounts or related field
• Tally , ERP qualification is must
• Proficiency in account management and sales strategy development
• Proficiency in Taxation , Labour law .
• Strong analytical skills for performance and data analysis
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in the agriculture industry or in a similar role is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
