Operating on a large scale, AGROMOL engages in contract farming, post-harvest management, and primary and secondary processing of farm produce. This full-time role is located in Kalamb (Manchar) Pune. As the Fruits & Vegetable Collection Center (CC) Incharge, you will oversee the daily operations of the collection center, manage inventory, and ensure quality control of incoming produce. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with farmers, handling logistics for timely dispatch, maintaining financial records, overseeing sorting, grading & packaging processes, managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and meeting operational targets. To excel in this role, you should possess analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving, experience with fixed assets management and inventory control, excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and experience in agricultural or food processing industries. A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Finance, or a related field is preferred.,
