Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Brand & Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with brand communication, product marketing, and food product packaging. This role requires strong project leadership, excellent client handling, and a sharp understanding of brand identity and positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and act as their main point of contact.
• Plan and execute integrated brand communication across digital, print, ATL, and BTL.
• Lead product marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Oversee food product packaging development — from concept to production.
• Ensure brand identity consistency across all materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, etc.) for seamless delivery.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management/client servicing (agency background preferred).
• Proven experience in product marketing and packaging, especially in food/FMCG categories.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing/project tools and CRM software.

Preferred: MBA or equivalent; prior experience with food/FMCG brands.
