Account Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager / Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance to lead and strengthen our finance operations. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial planning, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strategic support to business growth.

Key Responsibility:

Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage ledger entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, and receivable with accuracy.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other regulatory compliances.

Book Finalization: Prepare and finalize trial balance, P&L statements, and balance sheet for monthly and annual closure.

Vendor & Client Reconciliation: Maintain transparency by conducting regular reconciliations.

Payroll & Expense Management: Supervise payroll processing, reimbursements, and related entries.

Audit & Assurance: Coordinate with internal/external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

MIS & Reporting: Generate accurate MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.

ERP/Tally Management: Maintain accounting records in ERP/Tally systems with proper documentation.

Financial Strategy Support: Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

CA Final Qualified / MBA (Finance) with a strong accounting foundation.

7–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in transport, logistics, or EV/mobility sectors.

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and Advanced Excel.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate across teams.
