Account Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure accuracy, and support financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and help maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Record adjusting journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Calculate and process payroll, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
• Support audit processes by preparing schedules and information requests.
• Monitor financial transactions and reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
• Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience (e.g., 2–5 years) in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory norms.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹388,764.97 - ₹1,005,599.98 per year
