Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field. MBA/PGDM is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving ability with a solution-selling mindset. - Prior sales or business development experience. - Drive for results and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. - Learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced commercial environment. - Business planning skills to maximize productivity and customer-facing time.
