Finance Analyst

Role Overview: As a Finance Analyst at our company, you will be part of a global, multicultural, collaborative, fun, and agile work environment. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with key stakeholders from the business to support monthly reporting activities and strategic projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with the development department on various financial and reporting tasks such as project work and operational activities. Your role will also include assisting in accurate rolling forecasts, monitoring actual cost development, and conducting in-depth analyses to provide actionable recommendations for management. Key Responsibilities: - Efficient control and continuous monitoring of monthly reports, focusing on operating expenses - Creation of monthly PowerPoint presentations to showcase ongoing business development - Independent supervision of an extensive project related to ordering, as well as planning and executing a training program for team colleagues - Participation in the enhancement of existing reports and expansion of the reporting system - Contribution to the continuous improvement of controlling processes - Execution of general administrative tasks Qualifications Required: - Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience or a completed bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree - Ideally, 3+ years of job experience with relevant skillsets - Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to think interdisciplinary - Advanced Excel skills are a must, and knowledge of macros is a plus - Proactive working style with a "getting-things-done" mentality - Structured and strategic approach to tasks with problem-solving oriented action - Fluency in English, both written and spoken - Basic knowledge of SAP and BW is advantageous Additional Details: At our company, we pride ourselves on having an excellent mix of individuals, fostering a vibrant, innovative, and productive team environment.
