As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will involve demonstrating our product and negotiating/closing deals. You will have a new-booked business quota and must utilize solution-selling skills while effectively managing your Sales Development Representative to ensure potential prospects convert into actual customers. Our dynamic and entrepreneurial sales department operates within a thriving $565 billion market, continuously growing and nurturing businesses. Team members adopt a consultative sales approach, showcasing extensive product knowledge and maintaining a high level of professionalism to illustrate the value Cvent can bring to their respective businesses. Our focus is on providing solutions and addressing pain points! Your duties will include developing and actively pursuing a list of accounts by creating individual action plans to penetrate these accounts, establishing relationships with new prospects to surpass revenue expectations, presenting products and services to new accounts, exceeding new business revenue targets, accurately forecasting sales opportunities, managing personal revenue pipeline efficiently, monitoring and reporting sales activity, collaborating with Account Management and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction, continuously developing relationships with key decision-makers, among others. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years of revenue-generating software sales experience (more experience preferred), industry experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or analytics, strong communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment, the capacity to integrate knowledge from various disciplines, a sense of initiative and personal leadership, teamwork skills, business acumen, ethics, and integrity.,
