About the Role:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver client requirements effectively.
  • Prepare reports and present account performance metrics to management.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
