Job Description

We are actively hiring for an Account Manager for Hyderabad location


Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the recruitment and staffing domain. This role requires a balance of client management, business development ( adding POC’s only to an existing client mapped to the Account Manager ) , and coordination with delivery teams to ensure successful fulfilment of hiring requirements while driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with TA teams and hiring managers.
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs, business culture, and market positioning.
  • Conduct regular client meetings/reviews to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

2. Requirement Management & Coordination

  • Gather detailed job briefs from clients and ensure clarity in requirement specifications.
  • Coordinate with the Delivery Manager / recruitment team for timely allocation and fulfillment of positions.
  • Monitor the progress of open requisitions and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Provide feedback loops between clients and recruiters to improve submission quality.

3. Revenue & Account Growth

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., new skill categories, geographies, or hiring models like contract staffing, RPO).
  • Achieve account revenue and margin targets.
  • Prepare proposals and commercials for additional business opportunities.

4. Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain updated account plans, pipeline, and hiring tracker.
  • Share weekly/monthly performance reports with leadership.
  • Track key account metrics like fill rate, TAT, and client satisfaction score.

  • Client retention rate.
  • Revenue growth from assigned accounts.
  • SLA/TAT compliance.
  • Fill rate for client requirements.
  • Client satisfaction score


Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM )
  • 8-9 years of experience in recruitment/staffing, with at least 7+ years in a client-facing account management role.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian recruitment market (IT/Non-IT).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with delivery teams and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, ATS/CRM tools, and recruitment portals.
