Account Manager

Anyone with an experience or educational background in IT and previous role in working with overseas clients is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Managing new clients when finalized for delivery during the upcoming

month

• Taking customer’s requirements (website, SEO, SMO, Google Ads, GMB) and/ or forwarding it to the relevant team for the same
• Liaising with the client as per other teams’ requirements as well
• Delivery of website design demo and compiling the list of changes
• Communicate and cross-check the changes with the Developers until agreed to go live
• Settling the customer account implying informing the client of payment start date and schedule and updating the relevant data sheets for this.
• Customer reviews (target-oriented)

Onboarding clients

• Onboarding clients (document check and confirmation of mandatory

primary aspects of the contract)

• Updating CRM, other required software and Sharepoint sheets with data.

Sales Opportunities

• Creating sales opportunities by cross-selling, upselling and resigning existing clients (Target-oriented)

Taking Incoming Calls

• Identifying the client with the name and date of birth and then addressing their query. Liaising with the concerned team in accordance with the query.
