Account Manager

Job Summary – Accounting Head (Full-Time)
We are hiring a skilled Accounting Head with 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing-sector accounting, billing, dispatch coordination, and statutory compliance. This is a remote full-time role, with core responsibilities handled from our Ghatkopar office, and weekly travel to our Daman manufacturing unit (company-paid).

The candidate must independently manage end-to-end accounts, including daily entries, ledgers, reconciliations, invoicing, credit/debit notes, GST & TDS workings and filings, E-Invoices, E-Way Bills, PF & salary workings, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and compliance documentation. Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 Gold and excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word are essential.

The role involves close coordination with production and logistics teams for accurate billing and timely dispatches. We seek someone detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of leading the accounts function with minimal supervision. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
