Role Overview:

We are looking for an Account Manager with 2–4 years of accounting experience to handle the company’s day-to-day financial operations.
The role involves managing ledgers, reconciliations, vendor payments, statutory compliance, and financial reporting in alignment with company policies.

You’ll work closely with the Finance Head and Operations Team to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, entries, and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable efficiently.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
• Prepare and review GST, TDS, and statutory compliance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
• Prepare monthly P&L reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
• Liaise with auditors and assist in audit preparations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar software.
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
