Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent account management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services/products on time.
• Monitor account performance and resolve client issues.
• Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and account status.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹13,483.62 - ₹40,000.00 per month
