Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue within existing client accounts by positioning Botree's full range of solutions.
Serve as a primary point of contact, understanding client needs and challenges, and proposing solutions to address them.
Utilize CRM systems for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and account visibility.
Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to meet revenue targets while maintaining positive client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, implementation, support) to ensure successful solution delivery aligned with client expectations.
Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and solution positioning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
