Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our real estate and hospitality divisions. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and an ability to manage compliance, reporting, and cash flow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and fund flow planning.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

• Implement and maintain effective internal control systems.

• Supervise and mentor the accounts team.

• Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA or CA Inter qualification (mandatory).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP / SAP) and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
