Position: Accounts Executive No. of Positions: 1 No (preferred Female only) Experience: 0 - 2 years Location : Chetpet , Chennai Salary :Negotiable Working time: 9.30 to 6.30 (Mon- Sat) Company : Zebro Officemate Pvt. Ltd. Candidate Profile: UG degree in accounting, or a related field. Should have minimum of 2.5 years experience in accounts field Proficiency in accounting software Tally, ERP, SAP and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Extremely high proficiency in English. We need only candidates with excellent spoken and written English Knowledge in Supply chain management & Logistics Preferred nearby or within 10 km radius candidates. Preference for Hindi Speaking Candidate as add-on Qualification ready to join immediately Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate material rate records, including discount structure Material Followp & negotiate the customer Prepare and Purchase Order and payments. Assist in financial reporting. Monitor and reconcile bank statements. Maintain records, documents, and files in an organized manner. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure smooth operations. Assist in supply chain management and logistics. handling the creditors report Mandatory Skill Requirements: fresher - 2 years' Work experience in Procurement / Accounts. excellent skills in MS Excel/Word /Power Point & Tally. Analytical skills with ability to prepare reports as required by Management.
