Account Manager

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS) and company policies.

2. Costing & Manufacturing Finance

• Maintain and analyze cost sheets, BOMs, and production cost variance.
• Monitor raw material consumption, WIP, and finished goods costing.
• Coordinate with production and store teams for accurate cost data.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST, TDS, PF/ESIC (if relevant), and other statutory filings.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues.
• Prepare documents for audits (internal, statutory, GST).

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee vendor invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.
• Monitor customer outstanding, credit control, and collection follow-ups.
• Ensure proper documentation for purchases and sales.

5. Inventory & Store Accounting

• Monitor stock movement and conduct periodic physical verification.
• Reconcile stock differences with the store and production departments.
• Ensure accurate valuation of inventory at month-end.

6. Audit & Controls

• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls in finance processes.
