Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Manager to oversee the company’s payroll, accounts, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, interns, trainers, and contractual staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement, reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with HR for attendance, onboarding documents, and compensation updates.

Accounts & Finance Management

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and ledger management.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, payments, and financial statements.
  • Handle monthly account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process vendor payments, track expenses, and maintain budgets.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing required documents.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with HR, Operations, and Academic teams to support internal workflows.
  • Track financial metrics and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure smooth financial operations for training programs, academic cycles, and EdTech projects.
  • Assist management with financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounts, payroll, or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll systems, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and general corporate finance.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
