Job Description

Job Position: Admission Counselor Key Responsibilities: Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective leads and existing inquiries Follow up with potential leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels Counsel and guide prospective students/customers towards suitable products/services Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely enrollment closures Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support accordingly Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (freshers with good communication skills may also apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Dynamic and growth-focused work environment Opportunities for learning and career advancement Supportive team and leadership Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
