Job Summary

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, counseling them on suitable language courses, and ensuring a smooth admission experience. The role requires strong communication skills, student engagement, and follow-up to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective students via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins
• Counsel students and parents about language courses, levels, duration, and benefits
• Schedule and coordinate demo sessions with trainers and students
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion to admissions
• Explain fee structure, payment plans, and academy policies clearly
• Maintain accurate student data and update CRM/admission records
• Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for batch allocation
• Meet daily/weekly admission and follow-up targets
• Address student concerns professionally and escalate when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong convincing, counseling, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups, and student interaction
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, email, messaging tools)
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales is an advantage
