Admission Counselor

Designation: Course Advisor/Course Counselor/Sr Admision Counselor,

Location:TransGlobe Academy - Kaloor, Kathrikkadavu

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Pre-sales counselling to students regarding admissions by any of the customers preferred means -in-center, online, etc.
• Responsible for complete sales funnel management & ensuring updation of enquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrollments/ handling registrations.
• Ensure benefits and advantages of enrollment are shared with students to encourage conversions.
• Ensure the high rate of conversion of all leads- telephonic, forwarded, and referrals to be successful in achieving the performance goals.
• Gather & collate accurate client information on prescribed enquirer forms from walk-ins and a timely update on the portal.
• Monitoring and follow up of creation of schedules.
• Be responsibly proactive in up-selling and cross-selling relevant products.
• Ensure efficient & appropriate communication with students.
• Be proactive for self-development initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Academic counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
