Job Title: Education Counselor Location: Green Park South Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum + Performance Bonus + Incentives on Admissions About Us: Fluent Fast Academy is a leading institute specializing in foreign language education. We offer high-quality online and offline courses in French, German, Spanish, and more. With a commitment to student success and excellence in training, we are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Education Counselors to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins to help them choose the right course. Understand student requirements and guide them with course details, fee structure, batch timings, and career opportunities. Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate and timely information. Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records using CRM software. Coordinate with faculty and management to schedule trial/demo classes. Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to overall team performance. Provide post-admission support and build long-term relationships with students. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; preference will be given to candidates with experience in counseling, sales, or the education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
