Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor located in Vasai. The Education Counselor will guide students through the educational decision-making process, offering personalized support to help them select courses, institutions, or career paths aligned with their goals. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing career advice, and assisting students with academic planning to empower them to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and understanding of the education system
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and provide empathetic guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience in counseling or education advisory roles is an advantage
