Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in the staffing and recruiting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong business acumen, team leadership, and a deep understanding of workforce solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Account Growth:

Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts, upsell/cross-sell recruitment services, and increase revenue.

  • Service Delivery Oversight:

Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure high-quality placements, meeting SLAs and client satisfaction benchmarks. Develop and execute client account strategies aligned with overall business goals and market trends. Address client concerns, resolve escalations quickly, and maintain high service standards. Negotiate terms, renew contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables. Track account performance, generate client reports, and present insights to internal stakeholders and clients. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes. Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management within the staffing and recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of contract staffing, RPO, and talent acquisition services

  • Proven ability to grow and manage multi-million-dollar client portfolios
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Experience with CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred)

Preferred:

  • Experience managing large enterprise clients or MSP/VMS accounts
  • Prior experience in IT staffing across US markets

Pay: ₹820,107.88 - ₹1,310,398.00 per year
