Senior Sitecore XM Cloud Developer

Location :Fully Remote (No travel required)

Note : Flexible location with ability to overlap at least 3-4 hours with US Eastern Timezone for meetings and collaboration

Contract Duration : 6+ months with potential for extension

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Required: 5+ years of Sitecore development with minimum 2 years hands-on Sitecore XM Cloud experience (Note: We are specifically seeking XM Cloud expertise, not legacy Sitecore XM/XP 9.x)
• latest Sitecore compostable stack (XM Cloud, CDP/Personalize, Search with Next.js)
• Required: Expert-level proficiency in latest Sitecore XM Cloud features, including Pages, Components, Experience Editor, Forms, and Experience Edge
• Required: Advanced expertise with Next.js 14/15, React 18, and TypeScript - must be current with latest features
• Required: Mastery of GraphQL (Experience Edge Delivery API) and REST APIs with proven production implementations
• Required: Deep experience with Sitecore JSS, headless architectures, and composable DXP patterns
• Required: Understanding and working knowledge of Vercel platform, including deployment pipelines, edge functions, and optimization
• Required: Strong understanding of CMS principles and content/component migration strategies (Drupal experience helpful but not required)
• Required: Proven experience with CDP/Personalize architectures and Sitecore Search implementations
• Required: Expert-level modern web development (HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript ES6+, Web Components)
• Required: Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC for backend customizations

Highly Desirable Qualifications

• Sitecore Certified Developer certification (XM Cloud specific preferred - we are NOT looking for legacy XM/XP certifications)
• Sitecore Solution Architect certification
• Experience with Drupal architecture and migration projects
• Knowledge of Sitecore Stream for content workflows
• Experience with XM Cloud Forms and marketing automation
• Deep expertise with Vercel deployment and edge functions

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: ₹1,086,939.39 - ₹2,087,945.02 per year

Expected Start Date: 15/10/2025
