JOB BRIEF Manages daily accounting tasks, prepares financial records, handles invoices, reconciles accounts, and supports audits to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Maintain and update financial records and ledgers. 2. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately. 3. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. 4. Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets. 5. Support internal and external audits and compliance. EDUCATION a. Minimum Education:- Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field b. Technical Education :- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy or QuickBooks). EXPERIENCE a. Minimum Experience :- 5 years b. Minimum Experience :- 2 Years in Corporate BEHAVIROUAL SKILLS Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in financial data. Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyze and interpret financial information. Time Management – Meets deadlines for reporting and payments. Integrity & Confidentiality – Handles sensitive financial information responsibly. Communication Skills – Coordinates effectively with teams and vendors. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Financial Reporting – Ability to prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports. Bookkeeping – Recording financial transactions accurately. MS Excel – Skilled in spreadsheets and formulas. PREFFERED SKILLS: 1. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills. Taxation knowledge of taxation (GST, VAT) and financial compliance standards
