JOB BRIEF Handles product packing, coordinates dispatch, manages logistics, ensures timely deliveries, maintains shipment records, and upholds packaging quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Pack Products Accurately – Ensure correct, safe, and damage-free packing of goods. 2. Manage Order Dispatch – Coordinate timely dispatch of orders as per schedule. 3. Logistics Coordination – Liaise with courier and transport partners for smooth deliveries. 4. Maintain Records – Keep accurate records of packed items, dispatches, and inventory. 5. Ensure Quality & Safety – Follow packaging standards and workplace safety protocols. EDUCATION a. Minimum Education :- High School (10th or 12th Pass) or equivalent. EXPERIENCE a. Minimum Experience :- 3 years b. Minimum Experience :- 1 Years in Books BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS: 1. Attention to Detail – Ensures accurate packing and labeling. 2. Time Management – Meets dispatch deadlines efficiently. 3. Teamwork – Works well with warehouse and logistics teams. 4. Reliability – Consistently follows schedules and responsibilities. 5. Problem-Solving – Handles delays or packing issues calmly and effectively. TECHNICAL SKILLS: 1. Knowledge of Packing Materials & Methods – Uses appropriate materials for safe packaging. 2. Inventory Management – Familiarity with stock tracking and record-keeping. 3. Logistics Coordination – Understanding of courier/transport processes. 4. Quality & Safety Compliance – Adheres to packaging standards and safety protocols. PREFFERED SKILLS: 1. Basic Computer – Use of MS Excel, ERP, or inventory software, is preferred 2. Diploma or Certification – In Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Warehouse Operations.
