Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all strategic and operational discussions.
• Oversee the delivery of campaigns and projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments — strategy, creative, media, and production — to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client businesses to identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and innovation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively offer strategic recommendations.
• Ensure financial health of accounts by monitoring budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics.
• Guide and mentor account management teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Prepare and present progress reports, performance analyses, and business reviews to clients and agency leadership.
• Contribute to new business development initiatives and pitch processes when required.

Preferred Skills & Qualities:

• Proven leadership experience in client servicing or account management roles within an advertising, digital, or integrated marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines.
