We’re looking for an Account Director , someone who can see both the big picture and the small print, and is excited to grow client relationships, build teams, shape new opportunities, and lead our internal teams to success. What you will be doing Lead & Grow Lead The Stewdio’s Delhi team, driving annual growth plans and revenue targets. Build scalable, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work. Identify new business opportunities, lead pitches, and expand our client base. Build Relationships that Last Cultivate deep, strategic relationships within existing client ecosystems and partner networks to unlock new opportunities. Represent The Stewdio as a trusted advisor — someone clients call first for both strategy and creative thinking. Drive Projects & Strategy Lead projects, manage cost, schedule, and success metrics across accounts. Partner with creative, content, design, development, and production teams to ensure seamless execution. Participate in key brand workshops, strategy sessions, and communication refresh projects. Research client industries, competition, and audiences to develop actionable insights. Shape the Culture Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-energy work culture that motivates people to bring their best. Identify and create learning opportunities to help the team stay future-ready. Lead by example with high standards of work, clarity, and professionalism. Operational Tasks will include: Communicate effectively with clients, understand their business goals, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Lead strategic reviews, present campaign ideas, and monitor performance and budgets. Craft reports, write proposals, and share learnings that help the team grow stronger and smarter. Uphold creative and strategic excellence across all deliverables. Ease to express creative ideas clearly and concisely. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and presentation skills Qualifications The ideal candidate would have senior management-level experience with exposure to a variety of functions. Experience and skills in the following areas will be required to excel in the role: 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Strategy, or Account Leadership. Senior-level experience at a leading creative, advertising, or digital agency (mandatory). Strong background in solution selling, program management, and strategic communication. Industry experience (including, but not limited to) in any of following areas will be considered beneficial: Art & Culture / B2B / Information Technology and Services / Software Solutions & AI / Industrial Tyres What’s in it for you?
