As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will work under the supervision of a more experienced engineer or manager to learn the fundamentals of the role and our products. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle. This is a launching point for you to understand how to build excellent software and support our customers. What You’ll Do Work closely with our sales team to help them understand Snyk's products during the sales process. Understand the basics of a customer's environment and Snyk's products. Interface with our internal teams, such as engineering, product, and customer success, to understand and help address customer issues. Learn about the maturity matrix at a conceptual level and how it contributes to the overall business strategy. Gain hands-on experience by performing well-defined engineering tasks like coding, testing, and fixing bugs. What You Bring Strong understanding of basic workflows and best practices in the developer and DevOps ecosystems. Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action. Ability to understand a customer's environment. Good written and spoken communication skills. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and seek feedback.
