Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the strategic partner and primary contact for clients on all FM-related matters.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across multiple locations.
  
• Ensure adherence to service delivery standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and sustainability initiatives.
  
• Manage both soft and hard services teams, ensuring coordination and performance management.
  

3. Financial & Commercial Management

• Own the P&L for the account, ensuring revenue targets and margins are achieved.
  
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  
• Review vendor contracts and ensure cost optimization without compromising service quality.
  

4. People Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the facility management team across sites.
  
• Ensure succession planning, skill enhancement, and team engagement.
  
• Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric culture.
  

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
  
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions where required.
  
• Manage business continuity and emergency response plans.
