Job Description

Client Management :
  • Act as the lead contact for BFSI clients, ensuring the delivery of effective media campaigns that align with client goals.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, guiding them through disorganized processes and aligning on clear paths to success.
Project Leadership :
  • Independently manage and lead projects from inception to execution, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Develop and implement integrated media strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
  • Ensure proper coordination between internal teams (creative, media, digital) and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality output.
Integrated Media Planning & Execution :
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across digital, social, traditional, and emerging platforms.
  • Drive innovation in media approaches, ensuring that campaigns are not only effective but also efficient in terms of budget utilization and client ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular updates and insights to clients for continuous improvement.
Handling Complex Clients :
  • Navigate and manage clients with disorganized processes or unclear objectives, bringing structure and clarity to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Serve as a problem solver, addressing challenges proactively and working towards solutions that satisfy client needs.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, effectively managing difficult clients and ensuring successful outcomes.
Financial & Account Growth :
  • Manage the financial performance of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services based on client needs and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to pitch and secure new projects or extensions of current engagements.
Team Collaboration & Leadership :
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior account managers and provide guidance on best practices in client management and integrated media execution.
  • Lead internal project meetings, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on priorities and deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, with a focus on the BFSI sector.
  • Proven experience working with integrated media, including digital, traditional, and social platforms.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects independently, from strategy to execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle disorganized or complex clients.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and drive account profitability.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
