Account Director

You have an urgent requirement for a Key Account Manager with 12-15 years of experience in the US Market focusing on K12 education technology. The position is based in Mumbai or Chennai. As a Key Account Manager, your core responsibilities will include anticipating evolving customer needs and translating insights into internal strategies. You will design impactful solutions tailored to customer challenges and offer proactive business insights to strengthen the customer's market position. Driving revenue expansion and maintaining margins through account mining and opportunity creation will be crucial. You will oversee execution, track project health, and ensure seamless delivery in coordination with operations. Building and maintaining trust across all customer levels, from operational stakeholders to the C-suite, is vital. You will map and manage key relationships to strengthen engagement and expand influence, inspiring and aligning internal teams through clear direction and collaboration. Balancing internal coordination and external engagement to maximize value creation is key. Your key accountabilities will involve deepening and expanding customer relationships across key accounts, collaborating with sales to unlock new revenue streams, partnering with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieving defined growth targets within assigned verticals. You will consult on key team changes impacting delivery, leadership changes within client organizations, and major client feedback (positive or negative). It will be essential to inform on significant delivery issues or project delays, resource gaps threatening timelines, and the exit of critical internal delivery team members.
