Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager at Space Matrix, your role will be crucial in nurturing and expanding client relationships through ongoing engagement while ensuring consistent delivery across regions. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the client ecosystem, both locally and globally. - Taking ownership of projects across all geographies and being the primary point of contact for all key strategic discussions with clients. - Ensuring a positive and consistent experience for clients throughout the engagement, meeting local stakeholders regularly and global stakeholders quarterly. - Working closely with Real Estate stakeholders to establish partnerships across the APAC and ME regions. - Leading conversations towards MSA or preferred partner agreements. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to engage in strategic client interactions by: - Identifying organizational wins for global stakeholders and sharing them with the entire account structure and project teams. - Understanding clients" business goals and needs, providing strategic guidance and solutions to help them achieve their objectives. - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and sharing market insights and new trends with clients. - Conducting thorough post-project evaluations to study key achievements and areas for improvement, implementing strategies for enhancing client experience in subsequent projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Reviewing and monitoring all projects under your account with the respective studio team. - Conducting knowledge-sharing workshops at the start of each project with the responsible studio team. - Establishing governance calls with clients and aligning with the PMO for reporting, documentation, communication, and delivery processes. - Coordinating with studio and SME teams to meet client expectations and ensure project timelines and budgets are on track. - Ensuring quality control during project execution and liaising with the PMO for QC and QA processes at all stages. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in: - Proactively identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies. - Addressing issues or challenges promptly during the account lifecycle and offering timely solutions to meet clients" needs. - Sharing client insights and feedback to enhance delivery mechanisms. Furthermore, you will play a key role in sales and business development by: - Identifying opportunities to expand services or products offered to clients. - Collaborating with sales teams to generate new business from existing clients and negotiating contract renewals or extensions. - Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure effective fulfillment of clients" needs.,
