The Opportunity
As part of the xAC Global Talent Acquisition team, you'll help shape how we support hiring across seven countries within our Acceleration Centers (ACs). We're looking for a strategic Operations Talent Acquisition Manager — someone who thrives in complexity and enjoys creating clarity, structure, and consistency in a fast-paced environments. In this role, you’ll lead efforts that improve processes, elevate experiences and help us meet our hiring targets.You’ll work at the intersection of technology, process, and people — delivering training, helping drive the strategy, adoption and continued usage of our tech platforms like Workday and Phenom, and leading key initiatives that support our inclusive, tech-powered hiring strategy.
Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you’ll focus on delivering impactful operational support to drive hiring success across xAC. You will:
- Lead and contribute to special projects that drive transformation and strategic alignment, including efforts like Global Job Architecture, our Skills journey, new AC setup (Project Tango), the Talent Framework, and organization design changes.
- Develop and deliver training for TA — creating materials and sessions that help teams get the most from our tools.
- Manage and evolve our assessment approach, make sure documentation is maintained, integrations are optimized, and data informs future decisions — in collaboration with GPT and BAO.
- Conduct Workday security audits related to role assignment and special access.
- Help maintain a centralized Team Roster to support effective hiring target delivery across geographies.
- Build and maintain SOPs, QRCs, and the TA SharePoint site, ensuring documentation is consistent, accessible, and up to date.
- Lead audit and compliance readiness, working with internal stakeholders (QMSE, Internal Audit, E&C, Tech) along with our territory AC TA Leadership team to uphold governance and data integrity.
- Support our metrics and insights work — overseeing dashboards (e.g., LinkedIn contract metrics), recruiter scorecards, and reporting frameworks that reflect meaningful KPIs.
- Champion operational excellence across key platforms and processes — including Workday, Phenom, sourcing channels, and centralized requisition creation.
- Help operationalize channel management strategies to support recruiter adoption and results.
- Own and deliver the monthly xAC TA newsletter — curating content that informs, aligns, and connects teams.
What You Have
- Comfort with systems and platforms — particularly Workday, Phenom, Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and data dashboards.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams.
- An eye for process improvement — with the curiosity to ask why and the mindset to iterate.
