SUMMARY Job Title: IT Recruiter Location: Sector V, Saltlake, Kolkata Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies Source candidates from various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn Screen candidate resumes and contact relevant candidates Assess knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of applicants Arrange interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company Demonstrate excellent learning skills and maintain good relationships with candidates Requirements Qualifications: Must be a graduate in BCA/ B.Tech/ BE / BSC (IT)/ CS / IT Requirements: Excellent English communication skills Confidence, passion, and target orientation Basic computer skills If you have a strong experience in IT CTH hiring for niche skills, you may ignore the Qualification criteria Benefits Salary + Incentives + PF & ESIC Fixed day shift (9.30 am 6.30 pm) 5 days Weekly
