We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Zonal Sales Manager to lead and expand our Business Loans portfolio in top-performing markets. This role requires a strong leader who can drive business growth through effective team management, market development, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive zone-level performance for Business Loans by formulating and executing growth strategies in top markets.Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Officers.Identify high-potential geographies and develop a strong distribution network including DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Ensure quality sourcing of business loans with a strong focus on creditworthiness, compliance, and documentation.Collaborate with credit, operations, risk, and collections teams to ensure end-to-end efficiency in loan origination and management.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform zonal strategy.Regularly review performance metrics and drive productivity through training, reviews, and coaching.
